Mark Ripley kicks off the action in our monthly foxing series with some invaluable advice on how to shoot a .22LR at long range. Mark is an experienced long range shooter and his tips should help you stretch your own set-up out a that little bit further.

After demonstrating on some targets, Mark puts the theory into practice and takes out a super long range pigeon with deadly accuracy. Later in the video, it's time to get the .243 Mauser out to deal with a fox that has been preying on some game birds. Scanning and shooting from the truck thanks to the awful weather, Mark gets lucky and continues on foot for a night of thermal foxing.
